Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote OCCC Customer Service Agent – National Accounts, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a national account or enterprise environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with OCCC (Order-to-Cash, Credit-to-Cash) processes and systems

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
