Job Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our online visitors, providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors
• Providing accurate information about careerzynith services and programs
• Assisting clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Documenting and escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by careerzynith
• Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing additional support if necessary
• Contributing to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors

• Provide accurate information about careerzynith services and programs
• Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
