• Remote work arrangement: You will work from home or a remote location with flexible scheduling (Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM or 2PM-10PM EST) and potential weekend or overtime requirements.

Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will provide document review and data entry support to our clients, making a positive difference in the organizations you support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing production services: You will provide production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning.
• Receiving and processing documents: You will receive documents from electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing, and process documents by following internal processes and identifying gaps in required information.
• Creating a database of information: You will create a database of information by identifying documents and their purpose.
• Providing exceptional customer service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
