  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient data processing.
  • Adhere to company guidelines for data security and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and navigate company-specific databases and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

* Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong computer literacy and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

* Flexible remote schedule with options for part-time or full-time availability.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening shifts based on operational needs.
