As a Remote Automotive Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing innovative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as needed

  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and internet connectivity
