Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound calls to customers to provide support and information regarding products and services
  • Handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately during customer interactions
  • Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
  • Providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Utilizing phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer communications
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights for improving service delivery
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field (highly desirable)
