As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our client's websites via online chat software, providing quick and accurate assistance, and promoting interest in client products and services. • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately

• Providing administrative support to the customer service team
• May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
