Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist – Mental Health Services

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients who visit our website and initiate a chat inquiry. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support while helping clients navigate our services and schedule appointments with our therapists.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for clients seeking information and assistance through live chat
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about careerzynith services, therapists, and schedules
  • Assisting clients in scheduling appointments with therapists
  • Utilizing active listening skills to understand and address clients' concerns and needs
  • Providing support and guidance to clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork
  • Collaborating with our team of therapists to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Continuously maintaining knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
  • Handling client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and inquiries

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer service
  • Familiarity with mental health terminology and understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards in therapy
  • Proficient in using chat platforms and computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
