As a CSR at careerzynith, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a P&C Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Intake and triage of existing client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
  • Driving complete, efficient, and professional resolutions for each client inquiry
  • Expertly utilizing our internal and external platforms, including our CRM and multiple carrier portal systems (Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, Safeco, etc.)
  • Identifying and converting cross-sell opportunities
  • Identifying and following up on key retention opportunities
  • Assisting in the development of processes and playbooks for the CSR team
  • Working with our internal product and operations teams to improve our proprietary systems and processes for a best-in-class onboarding and customer experience
  • Tracking and optimizing on key service metrics, such as first response time, resolution time, CSAT, retention, and escalations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active P&C insurance license
  • Multiple years of experience servicing personal lines auto and home
  • Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
  • Experience cross-selling policies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
  • Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred
  • Call center or remote experience a bonus
  • Bonus for Bilingual: communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers
