You'll also grow information of voice of the customer methods and leverage the same to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs

• Grow information of voice of the customer methods and leverage the same to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
• Deliver innovative solutions using big data and batch/real-time analytical answers, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing
• Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency
• Utilize Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and development launch management to drive data-driven insights and decision-making

Requirements:

* Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
• Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and development launch management

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or related field
• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools and technologies
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or related field
