Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative in our Data Entry team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experiences while accurately handling data entry tasks. You'll assist with various customer inquiries, provide product information, and enter data into our systems in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, chat, and phone support.

  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all entered information.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Provide feedback on potential improvements in customer service processes.
  • Follow all company protocols and guidelines for handling customer data.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is a plus.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
