Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics)

Experience:

2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

* Run exploratory data analysis to identify novel insights and opportunities

• Design and execute A/B tests of our latest recommendation algorithms
• Proactively monitor our recommendation models to identify potential issues, determine root causes, and resolve
• Develop new tools and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to drive business outcomes
• Communicate key findings and recommendations to cross-functional leaders across the organization

What You'll Need:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling)
• Proficiency in Python and Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib)
• Experience with exploratory data analysis (e.g., A/B testing, statistical modeling)
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., decision trees, random forests, deep learning)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Business acumen, scientific skills, and technical expertise, with critical thinking abilities
