Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary focus will be on answering questions and resolving issues related to prescription medication, mail-order prescriptions, and other healthcare-related topics. You will also have the opportunity to work with our team to develop and implement solutions that improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from plan members in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and concise information about prescription medication, mail-order prescriptions, and other healthcare-related topics
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement solutions that improve the overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

Compensation and Benefits
