Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing claims information, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry of claims information into the claims management systems
  • Follow up on missing information to ensure accurate processing of claims
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Compile reports from systems containing claims information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter into a contract
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
