Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Travel Specialist – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests. You'll also act as a travel consultant, researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs. In addition, you'll utilize various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds, and collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests

  • Act as a travel consultant by researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs
  • Utilize various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel reservations and payments
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide the most up-to-date information to clients

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, travel, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, travel, or a related field

  • Experience with travel industry software and systems
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
