Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. You'll assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and general travel information, while resolving customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Responsibilities

Requirements
