Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch support to our credit union members and banking partners, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Accurately document customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current on careerzynith products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with other representatives and teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Meeting Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, or 1 year of call center experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC-based software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech solutions and credit union operations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or other languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
