Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Airline Operations Support

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Service Representative. As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with our Ground Operations team to ensure the efficient operation of our flights. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with our Ground Operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our flights, handling tasks such as loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and mail
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer interactions and operational tasks
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of careerzynith's policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 70 pounds, and to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a SIDA identification and meet all local airport requirements
  • Ability to work in a confined or high place, and to climb, bend, and stoop frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the airline industry

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
