Experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Leader – B2B Sales & Client Relationship Management

You will have the opportunity to work with a portfolio of approximately 72 merchants in the shipping, cargo, and discount auto vertical, and to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and deliver value to our merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with merchants
  • Leading a team of senior client managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, driving acceptance and delivering value through innovative B2B solutions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to drive revenue growth and expand share within merchant relationships
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the FinTech and B2B automation space, with a focus on the shipping, cargo, and discount auto industry

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and industry knowledge
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop talent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and deliver value to merchants
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
