About the Role

As a Finnish Customer Service Specialist on our Nikon customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone and email to our Finnish customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, meet service quality goals, and build meaningful relationships with our customers. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to Finnish customers

• Meet service quality goals and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Build meaningful relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

* Native or proficient level of Finnish (C2)

• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance in your career
• High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
