Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data in our systems. You will support pharmacy and healthcare operations, working collaboratively with a virtual team to ensure timely and error-free input. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input customer, prescription, and insurance data into company databases

  • Verify data for completeness and correct errors
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding discrepancies or system updates
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards
  • Follow company procedures and compliance requirements

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must reside in the U.S. and have reliable internet access
  • Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
