Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, responsible for providing critical support in transferring large amounts of data into our new database system and updating current database files. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our data management experts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring multiple types of data are input into the proper database cells
• Entering information in a work order and document control system, along with completing manual forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of the document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another software program
• Demonstrating knowledge of photocopying and scanning
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills and working effectively in a team environment
• Staying on timeline and understanding deadlines
• Coordinating activities with plant supervisors/maintenance and other personnel to optimize performance of the database

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED, with previous experience preferred
• The ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
• The physical ability to lift 50 pounds, move from place to place in all areas of production, and climb ladders or platforms while wearing all safety and production-related equipment
• Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
