As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving email requests, assisting with phone calls, maintaining accurate database information, and managing inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist in careerzynith's Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, serving as the first point of contact
• Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed
• Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
• Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
• Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
• Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both careerzynith and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• The ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications
• The ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment
• 2 years of experience in customer service
• 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
