Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at careerzynith. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Staying updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our company database.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets for customer service quality, productivity, and attendance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
