Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and more.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences.
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring resolution.
  • Processing and updating customer information and flight details accurately in company systems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith's policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations.
  • Promoting and maintaining a positive company image by upholding careerzynith's customer service standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required).
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital communication platforms (email, chat, etc.).
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
