Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting careerzynith products and services. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, and we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

  • Resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Promote careerzynith products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Process customer orders, including phone, fax, mail, email, and verbal orders
  • Perform data entry for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders, and providing customers with current prices
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with field sales associates, warehouse associates, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Make suggestions and recommendations to supervisors to improve customer service operations
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations

What We're Looking For

* A strong customer service background, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, field sales associates, and other departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with ABC products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work Environment

* This is a remote opportunity, with the ability to work from home or a designated remote workspace

  • The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • The noise level is generally moderate to noisy, with the need to be able to focus and concentrate in a busy environment
