Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve customer issues, including product inquiries, order tracking, and account management
  • Multitask effectively and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy
  • Adapt to changing situations and embrace continuous improvement

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred
