Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting outbound calls to customers to validate and review paperwork, and submitting accurate paperwork for further review.
• Updating and maintaining customer account information, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
• Identifying and resolving document issues, determining root causes of problems, and providing solutions.
• Expediting corrections or adjustments, rebooking appointments if needed, and ensuring prompt and reliable service to all customers.
• Multitasking efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
• 1 year of previous call center or office background experience.
• Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors.
• Previous remote work experience a plus.
• Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional.

What We Offer

As a valued member of the careerzynith team, you can expect:

• Competitive salary: $14.50/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with set shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
• Paid training: 1 week in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
