About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll begin with comprehensive in-person training at our Las Vegas manufacturing location, followed by a flexible work-from-home schedule. You'll be responsible for accurately entering data and customer orders into our ERP system, communicating effectively with customers, and reviewing and updating data to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter data and customer orders into our ERP system

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
  • Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
  • Report any data-related issues to your supervisor

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing setting)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills and strong typing abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Secondary education certificate

Experience Requirements:

* Previous experience in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
