We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our 2nd shift team in Carson, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring that customer instructions and inquiries are fulfilled according to customer specifications. • *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer inquiries in a courteous and effective manner, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measurements of items for incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, picking tickets, invoices, orders, or other documents and records.
• Prepare special shipping labels for identifying cartons when needed.
• Process Dock Receipts for incoming shipments, record exceptions, and communicate this information to the customer.
• Answer customer queries regarding inventories and availability of freight.
• Coordinate shipping method upon customer's request.
• Provide customer service to drivers for merchandise pickup and delivery.
• Process receiving and shipping documentation.
• Responsible for data entry by way of Excel spreadsheet with utmost accuracy.
• Invoices customer for services rendered.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma.
• Ability to perform each essential duty and follow simple instructions.
• Dependable and self-motivated team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Minimum six months experience as a CSR in Distribution/Warehousing/Logistics/3PL.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
