Role Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant with careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information, processing payments, and performing general account maintenance
  • Upselling customers to new products or services, where applicable
  • Utilizing various applications and tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information, process payments, and perform general account maintenance
  • Upsell customers to new products or services, where applicable
  • Utilize various applications and tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume inbound call environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficient reading abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively, utilizing various applications
  • Basic proficiency in PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
