Job Summary

careerzynith is seeking a results-driven Remote Customer Experience Agent to join our team. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer support, sales, and communication. As a customer experience agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet customer needs.
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their requirements and advise them on suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

careerzynith is looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
