Job Summary

As a Customer Advisor at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about gathering insights and feedback from customers to inform product development and improvement. Responsibilities

* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews to provide valuable insights and feedback on careerzynith products and services

• Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
• Complete written and oral instructions to provide accurate and detailed feedback
• Complete written surveys provided for each panel to ensure comprehensive insights
• MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
• Participate in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
• Review and use new products or services before they are launched to the public
• Enjoy free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback of their products

Qualifications

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop

• Must have access to a reliable internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No experience required, but must be able to work independently
