We're looking for experienced commercial real estate agents to join our team and grow alongside a firm that moves fast and operates at a high level. Success in this role looks like building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, closing deals consistently, and representing H&R Commercial with integrity and professionalism in every transaction. This is an independent contractor position built for someone who is self-motivated, already knows the business, is willing to work remote, and wants the freedom to run their own book while having a team behind them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Texas Real Estate License required
• Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate experience
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close commercial transactions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
