Experienced Business Operations Manager – Driving Efficiency and Excellence in Remote Team Management

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage our delivery team. This critical role will focus on coordinating client submissions, addressing client queries, consolidating submissions, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between recruiters and clients. The successful candidate will work closely with HR on policy updates, training initiatives, and event coordination, as well as collaborate with the marketing account team to manage onboarding, payments, exit processes, and escalate any interpersonal issues or challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Team Management:
  • Supervise and support the delivery team in coordinating client submissions, responding to client inquiries, and consolidating submissions for quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth submission process and address any issues promptly.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client-related queries, ensuring all concerns are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing updates, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • HR and Training Coordination:
  • Partner with the HR coordinator to align on policies and oversee the delivery of necessary training programs.
  • Coordinate company events, meetups, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative culture within our organization.
  • Marketing and Account Management:
  • Work with the marketing and account teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and completion of payments, contracts, and exit processes.
  • Identify and escalate any interpersonal or operational challenges affecting team productivity or client satisfaction.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The essential qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or delivery management, ideally within a recruitment or IT services environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management software is advantageous.

Preferred qualifications include experience working in a remote team environment, knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
