We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote work environment. As a key member of our Accounting and Billing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of billing data across various technology platforms and supporting daily administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process adjustments to time entries as necessary. - Enter billing data with precision and efficiency. - Undertake general administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, scanning, and copying documents. - Compile and organize documentation necessary for expense charges. - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve billing-related issues and ensure seamless communication. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing data and transactions. - Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of integrity to handle confidential information appropriately. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling professional interactions with colleagues at all organizational levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Outstanding organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Reliability and initiative demonstrated through punctuality, adherence to instructions, and proactive task completion. - Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and weekends, as required. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of one year of prior office or clerical experience is essential. Experience within a law firm setting is considered advantageous. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. - Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
