Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as the CEO's right hand and manager of business operations Manage GoHighLevel workflows and high-level documentation Manage CEO’s calendar, email, and travel itineraries Qualifications:

• High-level operational management experience (required)
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) (required)
• Strong “gatekeeper” presence
• Ability to manage calendars, emails, and travel itineraries

Preferred (not mandatory):

• Ability to draft emails in the CEO's specific style
• Experience with itinerary management

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
