Our team executes 100+ activations annually, delivering seamless, elevated experiences for top-tier clients. Role Overview The Production & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in the planning and execution of brand activations. This position is responsible for managing logistics, coordinating assets, and ensuring all production elements are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for events, including shipping, delivery, setup, and breakdown Manage production timelines and ensure all deadlines are met Source rentals, materials, and vendors based on project needs and budgets Oversee asset movement, inventory, and warehouse coordination Create and distribute detailed production sheets and run-of-show documents Support national teams and on-site staff with event needs Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges in real time Ensure all activations meet brand and quality standards Qualifications 2+ years experience in event production, logistics, or experiential marketing Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with vendors, rentals, and event logistics preferred Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends as needed) What We’re Looking For Detail-driven and highly organized Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Strong sense of ownership and accountability Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Passion for delivering premium experiences
