Event Marketing Manager

Remote · United Arab Emirates Full-time

Event Marketing Manager Location: Remote | Travel: ~25–30% | Reports to: Chief Partnership Officer About Monarch Monarch partners with leading women's health physicians to build modern, membership-based practices that allow for deeper relationships, more time with patients, and truly personalized care. We help physicians transition from high-volume insurance medicine into high-touch concierge care by supporting practice transformation, patient engagement, operations, growth, and long-term member experience. But Monarch is more than an operational platform. We are building a new model for women's healthcare centered around depth, continuity, prevention, and human connection. Our physicians often describe Monarch as a movement. This role sits at the center of bringing that movement to life—by creating the moments, rooms, and experiences that introduce physicians to what Monarch makes possible. Role Summary The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for building and running events as a core physician growth channel and supporting brand awareness efforts. You will own Monarch's full event presence from national conferences and medical society meetings to intimate local market activation and ensure that every event is purposeful, well-executed, and connected to the physician pipeline. You'll also design and run smaller-scale, market-level events specifically built to generate physician leads and deepen relationships in priority markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales. You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and Chief Partnership Officer, as well as the extended sales and Marketing teams to develop audience strategy, craft compelling messaging, and make sure event activity translates into outcomes. The strongest candidates are operationally sharp, strategically minded, and deeply comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving, remote environment. What Success Looks Like Successful Event Marketing Managers at Monarch: Build a high-performing event portfolio that consistently generates qualified physician leads Create experiences that authentically reflect the Monarch brand and mission Develop clear audience and promotion strategies that get the right physicians in the room Partner closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through Manage logistics, vendors, and budgets with precision and without needing hand-holding Write sharp, compelling copy that drives physician engagement and action Track performance rigorously and use data to improve every program over time Operate with ownership, initiative, and a high standard for quality

Key Responsibilities

Think intimate dinner roundtables, targeted networking activations, and programming designed to open doors in priority markets. Develop Audience and Promotion Strategy Partner with sales and marketing to identify which physicians to target, in which markets, and through which channels. Build acquisition plans and oversee the development of invitations, emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences that bring them in. Partner with Sales Serve as the connective tissue between event execution and sales follow-through. Ensure leads are captured and the sales team is set up to convert event engagement into pipeline. Track Performance and Optimize Establish clear metrics for every event, including attendance, engagement, and leads generated, and use that data to make subsequent events better. Execute with Rigor Own the operational details across multiple simultaneous programs so nothing falls through the cracks, including shipping, vendor contracts, staffing, on-site execution, materials development, etc.
