We are seeking an Epic Cadence & Cheers Analyst for a 3-month remote contract with likely extensions. This consultant will support a Cheers CRM implementation and telephony integration, while also helping train and support permanent staff on Cheers build and functionality. Start Date: July 15 Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3 months with option to extend

Requirements

• Epic Cadence certification required
• Epic Cheers CRM certification required
• Hello World Badge or MyChart Badge strongly preferred, but not required
• Prior experience supporting a Cheers CRM implementation
• Experience with telephony integration preferred
• Ability to support ongoing build, functionality, troubleshooting, and staff training
• Comfortable working directly with a PM and leading project discussions with stakeholders
