The Delivery Stream WBS 8 Engineer I role involves supporting valve procurement and delivery activities, assisting with the procurement lifecycle, and collaborating with various teams to ensure on-time delivery and develop technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and delivery execution by developing program management models that align with Westinghouse's global execution framework and support profitable participation in the AP1000 Energy System portfolio
• Bring procurement strategy and decision‑making by guiding component and equipment procurement, directing supplier strategy, and coordinating technical evaluations, sourcing decisions, and quality audits in partnership with GSCS and engineering teams
• Serve as the primary project interface, overseeing project status, delivery performance, and coordination across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, suppliers, and customer sites to ensure successful execution within the Westinghouse scope of supply
• Forecast program performance by identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring agreement on safety, quality, financial, and schedule goals
• Provide leadership, oversight, and team development by supporting delivery stream teams across all locations, mentoring new team members, and contributing to staffing forecasts for project management roles
