Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Symantec Endpoint Security, Microsoft 365 Email Security, and FortiGate Firewalls. The role involves managing endpoint and email security controls, monitoring threats, responding to security incidents, and maintaining firewall infrastructure to ensure a strong enterprise security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Symantec Endpoint Security? AV / SEP Complete across enterprise environments.
• Monitor endpoint threats, malware outbreaks, and policy compliance
• Investigate and remediate endpoint security incidents
• Perform agent upgrades, policy tuning, and health monitoring
• Integrate Symantec with SIEM/SOC workflows where applicable
• Administer Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Configure and manage: o Anti-phishing, anti-spam, and anti-malware policies o Safe Links and Safe Attachments o Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Investigate email-based threats using: o Threat Explorer / Real-time detections o Message trace and quarantine management
• Handle phishing simulations, user reporting, and awareness improvements
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls
• Implement and maintain: o Firewall policies and NAT rules o VPNs (Site-to-Site and Client VPN) o IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, and Application Control
• Perform firewall rule reviews, optimization, and security hardening.
• Participate in firewall change management and incident response.
