Email Marketing Specialist – Remote

Job Summary Mailchimp is seeking a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote marketing team. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, analytics, and automation, with a passion for crafting impactful messaging that aligns with Mailchimp’s brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated sequences.
  • Develop compelling email content and design templates that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and content, to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Manage subscriber segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of successful email campaigns with measurable results. Working Hours
  • Full-time, remote position.
