What This Role Actually Is (real talk) This is NOT a gym job. You will
• Train clients in their homes (Daly City Half Moon Bay corridor)
• Build long-term relationships
• Own a high-income route of clients
• Be part of a structured, high-performance system Compensation
• $40–$60/session base
• $500+ bonuses for 6-month renewals
• 2% commission on all other renewals
• Performance bonuses + session volume incentives
