We're hiring a Business Unit Leader to own and grow AI Education and Talent Development inside the Chief Technology Office. This is a builder's role. Own strategy, pricing, revenue, and margin for the education and talent portfolio. Hit your targets. Deliver the MBA partnership. Design and ship public courses, certifications, and examiner and regulator training that lead the market. Scale our reach. Put AI education in front of thousands of mortgage practitioners through online series, workshops, coaching, and applied learning. Build the bench. Recruit, develop, and lead instructors and coaches — including the AI Futures program. Collaborate to win. Partner across AI Services, AI Products (Phoenix Burst), Human Futures, Operations, Brand and Marketing, and Events so education accelerates adoption — and adoption feeds the next thing we teach. Be the voice. Represent PhoenixTeam on stage and with clients as a credible authority on AI in mortgage. Stay current. Keep content ahead of a fast-moving AI and regulatory landscape.
