Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and translating business needs into detailed documentation and functional requirements
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to enhance processes, support systems development, and optimize digital strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of related experience or equivalent
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and business process analysis
• Strong communication skills—excellent written and verbal articulation across all organizational levels
• Ability to develop and implement IT solutions aligning with business requirements
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts and data applications
• Experience in capturing requirements, facilitating stakeholder sessions, and creating process models
• Certification in Product Ownership Analysis (IIBA®-CPOA) or similar
