Post Title Join our team to lead the application redesign of an ERP at d'Arche MC2: a strategic project with a strong impact! Your role will be key in modernizing the stack, automating deployments, and implementing innovative tools to improve the performance and security of our solutions. Your responsibilities:

• Development and improvement of the software architecture (ORM, Symfony Framework, Interoperability)
• Implementation of new tools and new technical solutions.
• Define and ensure the implementation of good development practices.
• Improve development, testing, deployment, and supervision processes.
• Set up and enhance monitoring tools (logs and alerting).
• Industrialize application deployments and their maintenance (CI/CD)
• Analyze and resolve performance and scalability anomalies (load testing)

Technical environment: PHP 8+, GitHub Actions, Playwright, Suite Elastic ELK, Docker, Vue.js, Symfony, MariaDB. Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10 years in PHP development and strong DevOps expertise.
• Key skills: Automation, CI/CD, containerization, supervision, application performance.
• Soft skills: Autonomy, initiative, relational ease (training and support).
