About the role We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to support and scale our go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. This role will serve as a strategic partner to revenue leadership while also owning the systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable growth. You will play a critical role in aligning teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring we operate with a unified view of the customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. What you'll do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership to drive alignment across the full revenue funnel
• Own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure visibility and predictability
• Design and optimize end-to-end GTM processes (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sale lifecycle)
• Manage and evolve core revenue systems (CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, etc.)
• Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to support executive decision-making
• Drive territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling
• Identify and eliminate friction points across the customer journey
• Support strategic initiatives, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and operational rigor across all systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market models and metrics (ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, etc.)
• Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams
• Advanced experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with marketing automation and customer success platforms is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

This position may also be eligible for variable compensation, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
