Duties & Responsibilities: Job Summary The Director, Global Marketing Operations serves as the strategic and operational leader for the company’s marketing automation ecosystem and corporate website. This role oversees the platforms, processes, and teams that embrace AI to power digital engagement, lead generation, and marketing execution. Beyond platform ownership, this leader plays a pivotal role in driving continuous performance improvement across the entire marketing organization leveraging AI to establish compliant data‑driven practices, optimize workflows, and maximize the impact of marketing investments. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership capability, and a passion for building scalable, high‑performing marketing operations in a B2B technology environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of senior digital marketing professionals responsible for marketing automation, platform integration, and corporate website management. Provide the vision and leadership to fully utilize AI technology to drive marketing operational efficiency and performance. Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of marketing automation processes and platforms to improve lead flow, campaign execution, and operational efficiency. Oversee the corporate website and web team, ensuring a high‑quality user experience that supports customer research, engagement, and conversion. Develop and implement digital experience strategies that convert online prospects into marketing‑qualified leads. Drive performance‑based management practices to set goals, track KPIs, report outcomes, and improve ROI across digital initiatives. Collaborate across organizational boundaries to enhance cross‑functional processes and ensure alignment with business objectives. Leverage data management, analytics, and visualization tools to guide decision‑making and optimize digital performance. Communicate strategies, objectives, and implementation plans clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Requirements

Experience managing teams of senior technical experts responsible for cloud‑based digital platforms, including marketing automation and website operations. Hands‑on experience with modern marketing technologies such as marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and website management tools enabled by AI. Strong data management and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Access, Tableau, or similar platforms. Proven ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration to improve processes and achieve shared business objectives. Demonstrated success implementing data‑driven performance management initiatives, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement programs. Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex strategies and plans to diverse audiences. 10+ years of B2B digital marketing experience including 3+ years managing digital marketing professionals.
