Digital Marketing Specialist

Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is a growing technology company focused on helping organizations within the chemistry, energy, and manufacturing sectors leverage innovative solutions to accelerate growth and market adoption. As the company continues scaling its go-to-market efforts, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute campaigns, promote thought leadership, support demand generation initiatives, and ensure marketing programs are delivered effectively across multiple digital channels. This role plays an important part in transforming marketing strategies into actionable campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. Role Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, paid media, content promotion, and reporting. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with marketing leadership to coordinate campaigns, manage content distribution, support audience engagement, and maintain visibility into marketing performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys balancing campaign execution, content development, analytics, and marketing operations while contributing to the growth of a fast-moving organization. Location Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Help launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Support campaign setup, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to execute marketing program plans.

Content & Social Media

  • Create and adapt content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Repurpose existing content into social media posts, promotional assets, and campaign materials.
  • Interview internal subject matter experts to gather insights and source material for promotional content.
  • Schedule and publish content across digital channels while maintaining consistent campaign messaging.

Email Marketing

  • Build and deploy email marketing programs using HubSpot.
  • Support audience segmentation and campaign execution initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with ongoing email marketing optimization efforts.

Paid Media

  • Support campaign management across LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Create and upload creative assets for paid media campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimization activities.
  • Track results and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign and channel performance metrics.
  • Build recurring reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and identify actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations that improve campaign results and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, campaign management, marketing operations, or related marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing programs.
  • Experience executing campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels.
  • Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience tracking marketing performance metrics and building reports.
  • Experience working in startup, growth-stage, or fast-moving business environments is a plus.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot for email marketing and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-driven marketing processes.

  • Strong reporting, dashboard creation, and marketing analytics skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
